It’s called Calisthenics, yes its a buzz in the health world but its for  good reason.

Calisthenics has been around for a very long time! It’s a form of exercise where you use the weight of your own body to build strength and develop your muscles. We’ve introduced Calisthenics in our Krav Maga classes, but in short snippets and our students rave about the results.

For the first time you’re getting the opportunity to train with a leading Calisthenics instructor, to boost your existing skills. You’ll be coached in the finer points of this fitness lifestyle, with feedback and structure in how to perform the different exercises.

Do I need to be strong with a six pack to attend?

Despite what you may have been lead to believe, you do NOT need to be strong, have huge muscles or a six pack to perform these exercises.

Can beginners attend?

Yes!!! This course is ideal for beginners and experts as it’s a “gradual, step by step progression” working at your own pace, to your limits.  You’ll be shown the progressions, so that as you improve you can move onto the next step on the ladder in your own time.
